VIOLIN & NYCKELHARPA

Couldn't her "flaming" hair suggest her name to you? Well, at least her fiery character traits. After all, sometimes confused people call her Ugne. And yet, as she says, her name comes from Uršulė, whose etymology is Latin - "ursus" (bear). Why not? After all, it's not height that matters, but punching, because Urtė is well versed in the martial arts of Wing Chun. Therefore, it's not advisable to flirt with a girl who can smile beautifully, but is serious, for a long time. She is strongly inclined to mythology, and sometimes it's difficult to tell from the side which totemic animal best describes her. Is it the same bear, or a fox, or maybe wolves, or even a deer? The girl, who has been inclined to the arts since childhood, started playing the violin in early childhood, and the love for art, inherited from her mother, one can say, did not compete with, but complemented her artistic soul. Even now, in Hansanova, the violin she plays is decorated with plant and animal motifs herself. Her costume and leather accessories, jewelry are made by herself. Although she is an excellent master of classical music, she is a true gourmet of rock and metal music, therefore in her life she has tried to play the violin not only in classical and pop music, but also in rock bands, for example, in the gothic rock band "Comedia D'el Arte". Currently, Urtė shares her accumulated musical knowledge with the youth in the Raudondvaris department of the Kaunas District Art School. Also, it is hard to believe, but she puts her fingers from a tiny violin to a large electric bass guitar and, together with another Hansanova member Ugnius, grates modern metal in the Kaunas band "Remedy". Although she has known the founder of Hansanova since time immemorial, it was the joint work, even with several members of Hansanova, in the Voldemaras Petersons band that led her to the band. And when she came to us, she said that she always wanted to play in such a stylized, medieval and ancient music group. Perhaps Urtė's mother was right when she told her that her place was not in the orchestra pit, but with some kind of music group.

I've always dreamed of becoming a multi-instrumentalist! To perform at the biggest music festivals for thousands of fans. And most importantly, to convey through music what cannot be conveyed in words and create an emotional connection with the listener.
